Do you respray whole cars?
Yes. A whole car, a single panel or a local area. We don't quote paint over the phone — the car gets looked at first, because what looks the same at a glance can be paint on one panel or metalwork underneath it.
Do you do the panel work before the paint?
Yes, in-house. We straighten the dents and panels and prepare the surface. We don't paint over unstraightened metal — the paint lifts and the damage shows again.
How long does the car stay with you for a respray?
Depends on the scope — one panel and a whole car are different jobs. The timescale is in the quote, before you leave the car, not after.
Is it a scratch, or does it need paint?
Some scratches come out with machine polishing and paint correction, without new paint. We tell you which it is once we've seen the car — and polishing is the cheaper one.
Which makes do you work on?
All of them. European, Japanese, American — they come through the garage every day. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the lead time up front.
How long does an ordered part take?
Usually 7–14 days from confirming the order. We search by VIN, so the part is for your exact car — not one "like it".
Do I need an appointment?
For diagnostics and inspections — yes, so you don't wait. For emergencies, call and we'll see whether we can take you the same day.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes. The term depends on the type of repair and the parts used — it's set out in the quote, before we start.
